Seasoning for roasted meats grilled chicken.
Ingredients: Salt, rosemary, garlic, sage,
juniper, bay leaves, oregano, thyme, marjoram, basil. |

For roasts chickens of about 1 kilo, sprinkle 10 grams (one tea spoonful) of Ariosto seasoning both inside and outside of the roast chicken prior to placing in the oven. For all other uses such as steaks, chicken, pork etc, sprinkle 10 grams of Ariosto at the stage where the meat is half-cooked |

Seasoning for roasted and fried potatoes.
Ingredients: Salt, garlic, rosemary, sage, juniper, basil, marjoram, oregano, bay leaves, coriander, parsley.  |

Sprinkle 10 gr. of Ariosto seasoning on the potatoes at the stage where the potatoes are half cooked. |

Seasoning for tomato based pasta sauces.
Ingredients: salt,
garlic, basil, onion, carrot, parsley, leek, bay leaves, mint caper.

Brown some olive oil or butter with 7 gr. of Ariosto seasoning. Add 1/2 kg. of peeled tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes. For an exceptionally good pasta sauce, add 100 gr. of mince meat and cook for 40 minutes.

Garlic and dry chilli
Ingredients:Garlic, dry chilli, salt, parsley and spinach. |

Pour a spoon of garlic and dry chilli ARIOSTO into olive oil, leave to soak for a few minuten, fry lightly and season the pasta.

Seasoning for oven cooked or Barbequed Fish
Ingredients: salt,
rosemary, garlic, sage, juniper, bay leaves, oregano, parsley, garlic.  |

To prepare 1/2 kg. of fish for oven cooking, sprinkle 10 grams (1 tea spoonful) of Ariosto seasoning both inside and outside of the fish prior to placing the fish in the oven. For barbequed fish, sprinkle 10 gr. of Ariosto seasoning on the fish at the point where the fish is half cooked. |

Seasoning for stewed Meat.
Ingredients: salt, onion, paprika, basil, sage, celery, carrot, cloves, parsley and cinnamon  |

Quantity for 1 Kg. of meat (braised meat, stew). Put the meat in a pan with 50 gr. oil, add 300 gr. tinned plum tomatoes, a glass of wine and 10 g. of our seasoning and cook slowly at low temperature, with the lid on. During cooking, add a few spoons of water. When cooking is almost completed and before removing the pan from the heat, pour the liquid ove the meat and cook for a few minutes more. |
